Welcome to The Parsnippidy Farmhouse. My name is Lisann, and I am so glad that you have stopped it to visit.  I am your everyday Mid-Western girl, who loves anything to do with cooking, decorating, and just sharing thoughts and ideas about our everyday life. I have been blogging off and on for years, right up until I had bilateral eyes strokes which left me with low vision.  Since then, I have been on the pity-party parade.  Not that the struggles aren't real, they are very real.  Certain lighting just kills what I can see and how much I can see.  It takes me at least twice as long to get things done, but, that isn't any reason to stop. This year, 2018, I have decided that I am going to stop feeling sorry for myself and step back into the world that I love so much.  This world of trying of trying recipes, gadgets, and sharing my findings with you.  Decorating my home and hopefully giving you tips.
